If you have a celebrity fansite that is of decent quality and you want some extra traffic - exchange links with TopPics4u.com

Before you submit your site, make sure you take a look at the FAQ to see if you qualify and the rules for submission

Here is a brief summary of the rules:
- submit the page that has the celebrity-related content
- TopPics4u.com must have a listing for your celebrity
- if your site has multiple celebrities, you can submit a maximum of 5 sections that we have a corresponding listing for. Don't waste your time submitting more.
- absolutely no adult content allowed !!!
- not a commercial site (cd stores, video stores, etc)
- no multiple javascripted pop-ups
- site must actually work (pictures work and are viewable, etc)

NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN AUTOMATIC ADDITION EVERY SITE SUBMITTED WILL BE PERSONALLY REVIEWED!
