Jennie was born on April 3, 1972 on a horse farm in Urbana IL. Jennie Garth's full name is Jennifer Eve Garth. Jennie is the youngest of John and Caroline's seven children. Jennie has 4 sisters; Lisa, Camine, Wendy, Lynn, she also has 2 brothers; Johnny and Chuck. Jennie's parents each had three children before they got together.

At the age of 13, Jennie Garth moved to Phoenix Arizona due to her father having a heart attack. Jennie wasn't to happy about the move, but she adjusted. While in Phoenix, she discovered her love for dance and she also did modeling and participated in pagents. While participated in the Cinderella pagent at the age of 15 Randy James, a talent scout,spotted her and told her she should try acting.

So, Jennie left high school 2 years early, graduating her Junior year and headed out to L.A. with her mom. She took acting classes and soon landed small roles. About 4 months after living in L.A. she got a part in the tv series A Brand New Life. Which only lasted 7 segments. Shortly after, in 1990, she landed the role as Kelly Taylor in the tv series Beverly Hills 90210. At the begining Jennie's part as Kelly Taylor was small but it got larger. The tv series, Beverly Hills 90210, lasted 10 seasons.

Not only did the tv show, Beverly Hills 90210, make her very popular it has also provided her with more opportunities. Jennie Garth is not only acts but she produces also. She also has plans to be a director.

On the set of AN UNFINISHED AFFAIR, Jennie met her husband, Peter Facinelli. Peter and Jennie have a baby named Luca Bella which was born on June 29, 1997. The couple getting married Jan. 21, 2001.
